FIND YOUR Drive: Golf Performance/Fitness Programming

Levels

1) Basic/Starting Training
• > 20 Golf Handicap
• Majority Red/Yellow Scores on the TPI Assessment Screen
• > 200 yards Driving Distance (Males); >150 yards Driving Distance (Females)
• Very minimal/no training or lifting experience in a gym or other fitness type setting
• Recreational golfer that plays around 1-2x a week
     Packages:
     2x a week for 8 weeks= $1600
     3x a week for 6 weeks= $1800

2) Intermediate/Mid-Level Training
• 10-20 Golf Handicap
• Majority Yellow/Some Green Scores on the TPI Assessment Screen
• 200-250 yards Driving Distance (Males); 150-200 yards Driving Distance (Females)
• Some lifting/training experience in a gym or other fitness type setting
• Recreational golfer/golf league player around 1-3x a week
     Packages:
     2x a week for 10 weeks= $2000
     3x a week for 8 weeks= $2400

3) Advanced/Higher Level Training
• 0-10 Golf Handicap
• Majority Green/A Few Yellow Scores on the TPI Assessment Screen
• 250+ yards Driving Distance (Males); 200+ yards Driving Distance (Females)
• Plenty of lifting/training experience in a gym or other fitness type setting
• Recreational golfer that plays competitive events around 2-5x a week
     Packages:
     2x a week for 12 weeks= $2600
     3x a week for 10 weeks= $3000

Supplemental Programming

1) SuperSpeed Golf Training
• 10-20 minutes in conjunction with golf performance/fitness regime
• Using light, normal, and heavier weighted clubs
• Trying to increase club head speed for golfers
• Launch monitor measurements to track club head speed and increases over sessions
• Level 1 Training for six weeks and Level 2 Training for six weeks
• Working both right and left side to improve speed, power, and motor control/coordination

Ways to Advance Levels
• Better scores/measurements on the TPI Assessment Screen
• Increased driver distance
• Increase golf club head speed
• Better scores on the golf course
• Improved range of motion and strength measurements

Overall Base of Program
• Improving range of motion/flexibility in all areas of the body
• Improving baseline of strength with lifts performed
• Improving driving distance and golf club head speed to be more consistent
• Improving scores on the golf course
• Improving overall health/wellness so that playing 9 or 18 holes is not a challenge
